How do we get to the Toronto International Boat Show?
See our directions page (under Show Info) for transportation information.
Where is Will Call (ticket drop-off and pick-up) located?
The Will Call booth is located in the Show Office - Salon 103, Hall A, off the Galleria Lobby.
Is there a show guide available?
Yes! It will be available at all show entrances and information booths. It is FREE.
Where do I find more information when I get to the show?
There are information kiosks near the main entrances. See the show map in the show guide for locations.
Are there bank machines?
Yes. There are bank machines located throughout the show. See the show map in the show guide for locations.
Do you take credit cards and debit at the show's onsite box office?
Yes. Onsite ticket booths will accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex and debit cards.
Are there additional fees for show features such as The Lake and Discover Boating Seminars?
No. Your admission ticket includes all show attractions including over 100 free seminars.
Is there a coat check?
Yes, there is a coat check located in the west end of the Galleria Lobby. See the show map in the show guide for locations.
Are there childcare services?
No, we do not have supervised childcare services at the show. Note: there is FREE admission to the show for kids 16 years of age and under.
Is there food and beverage service?
Yes, snack bars are located on the perimeter of each building. In addition, look for an exciting all NEW food / bar area in Cottage Country it is a great place to meet up with friends and enjoy great food with plenty of seating. Or head over to Sailfest in Hall D and enjoy the tastes and sounds of the Caribbean in Canadian Yachting's Island Village. There are also specialty food concessions throughout the show. Where is the lost and found?
The lost and found is located in the show office - Salon 103, Hall A, off the Galleria Lobby.
Is the show wheelchair accessible?
Are wheelchairs available?
Wheelchair accessibility varies depending on the location within the show. The facility is wheelchair accessible, however, some exhibitor platforms used to board boats have limited access. A limited number of wheelchairs and electric scooters are available at the Direct Energy Centre Business Centre located in the Galleria Lobby outside of Hall B. Wheelchair rental charges are $5/hour with a maximum of $30/day. Electric scooters are $10/hour with a maximum of $60/day. Walkers are available at $10.00 flat rate/per day and Canes & Crutches are $5.00 flat rate/per day. If you know you will be requiring an electric scooter when you visit the show, we recommend you call in advance to reserve (call the Direct Energy Centre Business Centre at (416) 410-6612). A valid driver's license and credit card must be presented upon pick-up.

Are strollers available to loan at the show?
Yes, strollers & wagons are available at the Direct Energy Centre Business Centre located in the Galleria Lobby outside of Hall B. Rental charges are $10/day per stroller/wagon. If you know you will be requiring a stroller or wagon when you visit the show, we recommend you call in advance to reserve (call the Direct Energy Centre Business Centre at (416) 410-6612). A valid driver's license and credit card must be presented upon pick-up.

Is there a discount for persons with disabilities?
Yes, the discounted price for persons with disabilities is $7.50.
Are dogs allowed?
Dogs are not allowed in the building for public safety reasons. (Seeing eye or helper dogs are welcome.)
At a previous Toronto Boat Show I took the test for my Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC), but I have since lost my card. Can you help me?
