Exhibitor Kit 2010 Show

We are pleased to present your Exhibitor Kit which should answer all of your show-related questions.  Please take note of all items highlighted in orange – these highlights show information that is new or has changed for the 2010 show.

It is very important you take care of your details in advance - it will save you time and money! The deadline for the Discounted Rates is December 18th - and you will find large savings if you order by the deadline. 

 

IMPORTANT! The Toronto Boat Show is working to improve worker safety through enforcing Occupational Health & Safety Regulations that apply to all businesses in Ontario.  Details are outlined under the Move-In/Move-Out tab.  All exhibitors are required to ensure the safety of their workers and should plan for this prior to move-in in order to act in accordance with legislation – this compliance will be crucial to guarantee an efficient move-in/move-out with no work stoppages or Ministry fines.  
Attached to the Health & Safety Procedures document is a Safety Acknowledgement Form – please make sure that you review, sign and return this document prior to November 18, 2009.
