It is very important that you take care of all of your details in advance – it will save you time and money! Please take note of all items highlighted in orange – these highlights show information that is new or has changed for the 2008 show.
IMPORTANT! The Toronto Boat Show is working to improve worker safety through enforcing Occupational Health & Safe Regulations that apply to all businesses in Ontario. Details are outlined under the Move-In/Move-Out tab. All exhibitors are required to ensure the safety of their workers and should plan for this prior to move-in in order to act in accordance with legislation – this compliance will be crucial to guarantee an efficient move-in/move-out with no work stoppages or Ministry fines.
Attached to the Health & Safety Procedures document is a Safety Acknowledgement Form – please make sure that you review, sign and return this document prior to November 19, 2007.
