Details are outlined under the Move-In/Move-Out heading. All exhibitors are required to ensure the safety of their workers and should plan for this prior to move-in in order to act in accordance with legislation.

At the end of the Health & Safety Procedures document is a Safety Acknowledgement Form: Please ensure you review, sign and return this document prior by November 21, 2011.
