After sailing around the world Pam Wall worked for West Marine for over 20 years as their Outfitting Consultant. All those years of sailing on her own boat and later helping sailors at West Marine gave her an edge on some products that many do not know about. This workshop Pam presents a list of her favorite products that she thinks you will have no knowledge of. Come to this workshop, get Pam's list, and listen while she explains each item on that list and why it is unique! This is a workshop with a lot of information you may never have known existed! www.pamwall.com
Pam Wall's honeymoon in 1972 was crossing the Atlantic on a 30 foot timber sloop. Her first ocean passage was happily spent sailing with no radios, no electronic navigation equipment, and a black bucket for a toilet. Once home sailing back across the Atlantic, Pam and her husband, Andy, built their Freya 39 sloop. After sailing their two small children around the world on KANDARIK, Pam worked at West Marine in Fort Lauderdale for 20 years. Pam and Andy sailed their boat across the Atlantic three times after returning home from their circumnavigation. Pam helps cruisers have the right equipment for their boats, and is a source for information on the cruising lifestyle, routes and sailing information, and helping encourage new cruisers.
