The Lake is the place to be for your ESCAPE from WINTER - You've Got To Experience it to Believe it! Over 1 Million Gallons of water will flood the Ricoh Coliseum - The Lake is larger than an NHL rink.

The Lake will host a variety of on-the-water activities showcasing wakeboarding, fishing, sailing, windsurfing, personal watercraft, kayaking,canoeing, boat handling demonstrations and more. Activites on the Lake will entertain, educate and invite you to get active and get boating!

Discover Boating Centre

Do you ever look out at the water on a beautiful day, see people boating and think "I wish that was me out there?"  We can help make it happen!

The purpose of the Discover Boating Centre is simple - to help you become a boater, or even a better boater! No matter what your level of involvement in boating, there is something for everyone to see, learn and enjoy. Check out the scene at Wakeboard Alley where you can meet the pro wakeboard/wakeskate riders and hit them up for an autograph or a tip or two!

Riders will showcase their skills and catch some air in the Lake! You won't want to miss the action!

The Great Canadian Fish Tank

The Great Canadian Fish Tank is back again after such an incredible debut at last years show. This 40-foot long, 8 foot tall giant aquarium filled with 5,000 gallons of water will be fully stocked with native Ontario fish. Daily fishing demonstrations and seminars by Canada’s top anglers will give you a rare underwater view of how fish react to, and strike at various types of bait and fishing techniques.

Antique & Classic Boats

The Antique and Classic Boat Society of Toronto showcase their array of beautifully restored wooden boats and motors. The Society has attended the Boat Show for over 25 years and boasts a collection dating back to the early 1900’s.

This year, the Antique and Classic Boat Society of Toronto is celebrating the “Year of the Outboard” with a special showcase of classic boats covering everything from inexpensive cedar utilities and sporty little sea fleas to luxurious launches. It’s a time to reminisce and to revel in boating days gone-by.


Kid's Build a Boat Contest Entries

Witness the work of possibly some of Canada's future boat builders. Kids are invited to build a mini-boat and bring their parents to the show for free. Families simply have to stop by the show office (Salon 103) with their child's boat to receive 2 free adult admissions.

All boats will be put on display in the show and on the final day a panel of judges will select the top ten. The ten best will be selected using the criteria of creativeness, uniqueness and fun! A random draw will then be held of the ten best to determine the grand prize winner. Enter to win a Seadoo Splash Island!
