Is there a show guide available?
Yes! It will be available at all show entrances and information booths. It is FREE.

Is there parking?
Yes, there is plenty of parking available on the Direct Energy Centre grounds. There is both surface lots and underground parking.

Surface Lots & Underground Parking: $11.00 per day (before 6:00 pm) and $8.00 per evening (after 6:00 pm) * Prices subject to change.


How do I buy tickets?
You can buy tickets on-line and SAVE $3 visit www.torontoboatshow.com or purchase at the ticket booths located in the Galleria Lobby and Heritage Court.


Are there bank machines?
Yes. There are bank machines located throughout the show. View floor plan in the show guide for locations.


Do you take credit cards for admission?
Some on-site ticket booths will accept VISA, MasterCard and Amex. Debit cards can only be used at bank machines.


Are there additional fees for show features such as The Lake and Discover Boating Seminars?
No. Your admission ticket includes all show attractions.


Is there a coat check?
Yes, there is a coat check located in the west end of the Galleria Lobby. View floor plan in the show guide for locations.


Are there childcare services?
Yes, there is supervised childcare services provided free to parents with children up to the age of 10. View floor plan in the show guide for location.


Is there food and beverage service?
Yes, snack bars are located on the perimeter of each building. In addition, look for the new Dockside Bistro where you can meet up with friends and enjoy table service. There are also specialty food concessions throughout the show. View floor plan in the show guide for locations. There is very limited seating around the concessions but there are 180 benches throughout the show aisles.


Where do I find more information when I get to the show?
Illuminated floor plans are situated throughout the show. There are also information kiosks near the main entrances. View floor plan in the show guide for locations.


Where is the lost and found?
The lost and found is located in the show office – Salon 103, Hall A off the Galleria Lobby.


Are dogs allowed?
No, dogs are not allowed in the building for public safety reasons. (Seeing eye or helper dogs are welcome).


Is the show wheelchair accessible? Are wheelchairs available?
Wheelchair accessibility varies depending on the location within the show. The facility is wheelchair accessible, however, some exhibitor platforms used to board boats have limited access. A limited number of wheelchairs and electric scooters are available at the Direct Energy Centre Business Centre located in the Galleria Lobby outside of Hall B. Wheelchair rental charges are $5.00 per hour with a maximum of $25.00 per day. Electric scooters are $10.00 per hour with a maximum of $50.00 per day. If you know you will be requiring an electric scooter when you visit the show, we recommend you call in advance to reserve – Direct Energy Centre Business Centre (416) 410-6612. A valid driver’s license and credit card must be presented upon pick up. *Prices subject to change.


Is there a discount for persons with disabilities?
Yes, the discounted price for persons with disabilities is $7.50.


Are strollers available to loan at the show?
Yes, strollers are available at the Direct Energy Centre Business Centre located in the Galleria Lobby outside of Hall B. Rental charges are $10.00 per day per stroller. If you know you will be requiring a stroller when you visit the show, we recommend you call in advance to reserve a stroller – Direct Energy Cetre Business Centre (416) 410-6612.
A valid driver’s license and credit card must be presented upon pick up. *Prices subject to change.


Where is Will Call (ticket drop—off and pick-up) located?
The Will Call booth is located in the Show Office - Salon 103, Hall A off the Galleria Lobby.
